About the Café

What we are. What we aren't. What we might be by Friday.

Roadkill Café is a satirical food blog for people who are tired offarm-to-table smugness and have a healthy respect for what the side of the A303 can provide.

We believe great cooking isn't about expensive ingredients. It's about making the best of what's available — whether that's a heritage-breed pork belly from a named pig or a pheasant that didn't quite make it across the B-road.

The manifesto

Waste less. Eat weirder. Never pay full price for something that fell off the back of a lorry.
